Default Scan to Word ?

From some time i have been looking for a software application that will allow me to scan a txt document and edit that document in Microsoft Word 2007, do any members know of an application that can perform this task ?, thanks

Default Scan to Word ?

I doubt that exists, scanners/software cannot read documents as far as I know.

Thank you for your answer , i have looked at many converters myself but i have not been able to come up with an answer to this problem.
