CCleaner has a custom Files and Folders option. You could create your custom flies/folders and then set it to run.

Note: By default CCleaner doesn't clean everything. You have to change the setting.

Go into Options > Advanced then uncheck Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours

Hmm you could do it with a batch file.

http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/~ak621/DOS/Bat-Samp.html

Have a read there and do some Googling and if you don't come up wtih anthing I will help more.

Basically you just need to make a batch file that will when run go to a directory and delete all files in it. Then you could trigger it with your program you mentioned.. like an .exe file but much simpler to make.
