I'm trying to get some stats on which of the following people view as the most important to a business:
  • Project Management - Tracking Tasks etc
  • Document Management - Version Control, Check-In/Out procedures
  • Business Process Managemet (Workflow)
  • Collaborative Working - Document mergining, IRC, Forums
  • Remote Working - Thin client access
Any comments or feedback would be great.

Sure, I'm a software developer with a product which does lots of the above quite well but I'm looking to add more of a focus to it. Thought I'd hit some forums to see what others in the IT community wanted to see.

Thanks, and welcome to TCF.

I gave an uneducated vote of Document Management.

My background is mainly retail shipping/receiving. So you can probably see why I would choose that.

i'd suggest that it's pretty much an open question as it's business type dependent.
