I honestly didn't know which category this would fit under but here it goes

I know im not the first person to ever experience this, and it is about the green vista shell folders going yellow, like the xp style folders.

I have found a way how to make them green again (the desktop.ini being corrupt and what not) and went through a bunch of steps to change them back, and it worked. But the problem is they CONSTANTLY revert to being yellow and it is really a nuisance.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem, and keep that shell folder yellow (in my case it is the "Downloads" shell folder that keeps going back to the yellow xp style folder)?
