When ever i boot up my brothers computer I get this message saying. Signal over range. It is the monitors way of telling me that it can not display the content because we have the range setup too high for the monitor or graphics card to handle.

So my problem is that i can not get into windows to sort the problem and chnage screen resolution?

any ideas?

thanks
sam

Does the monitor work in DOS?

Boot in safe mode to change the settings if it is simply the Windows resolution.
