 Software install problem.

hello, i have a hp desktop comp.i just re installed os to factory default.now when i place software in cd drive,it will not install.doesnt even show up on cd drive in my computer.was trying to reinstall office 2000.never had problem like this before.any help will be appreciated....

Software install problem.
mabye there are some sort of drivers 4 it? mabye a firmware upgrade? check diveice manager (if u dsont no how 2 get there ask)
