Default Software removal

Hi. I am trying to delete some software that appears on my add or remove programs. The software was installed at a conference – I do not have any discs with it. The size of the software is 211.00 mb. When I click remove I get the following error message:

Error 1606. Could not access network location
%USERPROFILE%\Recent\

any ideas how i can get rid of this. thanks

Try re-installing it, then remove it.

Did you try and remove it another way other than add/remove programs like deleting the folers?

I don't have the disc to install it again.

Only tried to remove it with the add or remove program.

I seem to remember it not installing properly when i tried to load it on.

Does it cause any system problems?

If not then I wouldn't worry too much as your hands are pretty tied.
