hi, i have been using super audio grabber 3.0 just fine for a while and found it a good easy software to use, but now its not letting me grab music to record my voice. when i click grab audio a grey box appears saying> (("grabbing failed. please click wizard button to check your setting. if you grab audio stream from cd/dvd rom, please be sure that door is closed, and the disk is in it.")). i have checked the wizard and the settings are correct that it recieves audio from microphone, just wanted to know what the problem is and why it's not letting me grab audio?

Try making sure your microphone is plugged in and is turned on correctly and that your sound card recognizes its presence. You can test if its working using microsofts sound recorder as well. If sound recorder can record the voice then I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling audio grabber as something is not right with it.

yeah my microphone is plugged in and my sound card defo recognises it because it was working prior to this problem i encounted just a few days ago. so it looks like i may have to uninstall and then reinstall audio grabber once again.
