Hey recently my computer has been shutting itself down and saying 'System has recovered from a serious error' is there anything i can to to fix this problem?

Is it shutting down, as in turning itself off or restarting ?

What is the exact error message ... any number codes included ?

It restarts the computer then when the computer starts up again it says System has recovered from a serious error would i like to send error report

I will screenshot next time it happens if that helps?

You got everything but the error number.

In the first screen shot where is says To see what data this error report contains Click here

Open that and look for the error number and post it here. (Please type it out, not a screen shot)

This appears to be a hardware issue, caused perhaps by overheating or maybe faulty RAM.
To start off with, go to the Downloads Section on this site and download Core Temp and post back with your reported temperatures.

When i got to run the program it says 'This is not a "core" based processor this program will not continue' :(

Any other ideas?

When posting the results, also add details of your CPU
