Well I found out about Technet from an ICT teacher at my college, and from what he says it sounds quite good, however I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. And if anyone knows the actual rules as the site seems to be a little vague.

It's a respectable site run by MS. I think it was originally meant for the IT Professional Community but anyone can join up I do believe.
