I used the unlocker assistant and it will attempt a delete if it can't then it will set it for delete the next time you boot up.

I have an acer aside from it being a cheap computer windows garbage in it costumer service is in texas, from personal exp. dealing with the Philippines its not the language bearer they arn't trained correctly. put your grand mother in front of the computer with instructions and expect the same results.

I am sorry but I have to agree with you fully .
If asked would I invest the money in a note book again .I would say no N-O
Unless you want to get email and go on the internet at snail ale speed.
Save your money and buy a decent laptop with a disk drive.
Make sure all programs are not just free trials plus support is in North America.
