| Hi folks, with ref to the post for my cd/dvd it is complelty buggerd. The main reason I wanted to do this was to reinstall vista again as my laptop was completly clogged. I was then told by a freind to "restore" it thus this will make it like new. Can anyone help how i do this please. |

| 1.Click Start. 2.Point to All Programs. 3.Point to Accessories. 4.Point to System Tools. 5.Click System Restore. 6.Follow the instructions on the wizard. It will only work if you have Restore Points going back far enough.

| ok , is there any way i can set these back far enough in order to make the computer run like as it was first |
