My laptop struggling to open incredimail (up to 5 mins) all of a sudden, wife/kids want to keep incredimail, need to solve this asap, any ideas please

I wouldn't recommend using any reg cleaners, but if i did,id only use the one built into ccleaner since that's the one I've used most without any problems.

I never use Reg Cleaners ..... they normally create more problems than they solve ..... Stay Away !

reg cleaners it not then, can anyone please have any ideas why my incredimail is taking up to 10 mins now to open, would it be anything to do with direct x etc

I doubt it directx is used for games afaik.

Are you running the latest version of incredimail, tried a reinstall?

My vote is with ccleaner also, you can make a backup folder when you perform the clean.
