2) Unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side authentication. The data field contains the error number. I THINK this is the data field that is supposed to contain the number lol Binary data: 0000: 00040000 00300002 00000000 C0003AA8 0008: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0010: 00000000 00000000 8009030E 3)This one was just a warning but happened twice: The winlogon notification subscriber <GPClient> was unavailable to handle a notification event. Obviously lol my computer crashed again, unfortunately, when it crashes, there is no reason given. The above error messages were recieved AFTER I restarted in safe mode, and then booted again after safe mode. In safe mode the first error message was something like: "The computer shutdown at 11:15:46 was unexpected." Hello? Microsoft, hell YEAH it was unexpected lol. you locked up on me........ |

Thanks Glaswegian. I had found another entry on the same site (don't know why yours didn't pop up for me) as well as one on another site (www.techsupportforum.com) which told me how to correct the problem, but not what it was. You know I like to know the WHY lol. Your link gives the why. Thanks.
EDIT: Where can I go to actually learn how to read these codes and event ID's? Is that one of the MS certifications or is it something else? Oh, and I'm still working solo on my malware lol. |

lol - Google is your friend Bubba....
Search on just the error code - I searched for "error 0x80041003" (without the quotes). http://www.google.com/search?q=error%200x80041003 Don't just read the first hit either - sometimes you have to go through a good number of pages before you find an answer. Always verify your answer - don't just accept the first answer as correct.
