I'm not sure what happen, but I down loaded Photoshop CS3 to try and after playing with pictures for a while I decided to see what the program would do with videos.I found that I needed to download Quiktime, all that was ok but when I went to restart my screen went crazy. I figuared that there was a conflick with new video card that I installed earlyer that day. Anyway intrying to remember how start up in safe mode somehow my inturnal clock or something changed, and the program I downloaded to try for 30 days has no more time on it. In short I only had 30 min to try out the program, is there somethig I can change?

tapping F8 at startup will give you the option for 'safemode' or 'last known good configuration'

When you enter BIOS is your clock wrong? If the Bios time keeps changing this most likely has to do with the CMOS battery

The time is right now but when I got it to start up in safe mode. I went into system restore and it sent to May, and of course there was know restore point. I moved to December and restored it to before I installed Quick Time. After that I noticed that the time was wroung and reset it.

You should probably have a look at this post. Never hurts to check for malware.

Yes I was able to get it to restore, like I said above when I got started in safe mode I went to restore and it sent me to May 2007. My first thought was oh no there is know restore points, then I realized that the month was wroung and I moved to the right month and restored to just be for installing Quick Time

For future reference you probably could have just synchronized your clock, but as evilfantasy said above you may want to check for malware just in case
