| Hi, what is the best program I can use to help my clients remotely with? These are new customers so it will be come and go. I never know who it will be or when. What can I do? Thank you. |

| Do you mean like streaming their Display over the internet? LogMeIn is good, I use that mainly just to freak out my brother But it's also great if friends have problems with their PC's they want me to fix.Of course, if the problem they want me to fix is that their internet is down...

| Team Viewer or my personal favourite of Echogent There is a small charge for both of them if you want to use them for commercial purposes.

| GotoMyPC is excellent and until recently was free. Dameware MRC, Radmin, work well but also not free. TightVNC or RealVNC are free but not quite as good |
