 word problems Advice please Windows xp home , office 2000 OK i am having problems opening word and word documents, the page hangs In task manager (not responding ) Things tried uninstall and reinstall Normal.dot changed name no success , Normal.dot deleted still no success any ideas??? oddjob       |

| word problems well man thats a very interesting one... does this happens to any other program? like power point or excel? (office in general) or is just word? besides that, any other program out of office do that? cause if is just word, might be that the instalation cd or image that you are using might be having any issue in that particular file, you can try with another office cd. |
