Well, I've just joined. That's obvious enough.

I'm Andrew, 16, from Essex in the UK. Currently studying Further mathematics, Physics and ICT at A(S) level.



I'm really interested in building my own PC, it's cheaper, more fun...


Problem is, I really don't know enough about computers to trust myself with building one. I've upgraded my computer sure, new processor, new ram, new HD, but all from the advice of other people.


I'm here to do a bit of reading, and, a bit of asking of questions if you don't all find me too annoying and stupid.

How`d you start studying A (s) levels then cheat

My suggestion is that if you have the right parts (and my guide should help), you shouldn't feel like an idiot when putting together computers because it's so easy. Remember to install your motherboard standoffs, remember to screw everything in securely and push everything in securely, make sure your bare essentials are wired up (ATX 20, CPU fan, video card) and it should be a breeze.
