Have you tried contacting their support department? I have heard a lot of complaints about their hosting department lately. I'd switch to a company that is ALL about hosting as their main business and not just 1 of the 100's of products they offer.I use:http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/...?id=jbrinkGood Luck!
