Default Best WYSIWYG Web Design Software

What is the best WYSIWYG web design software for a beginner to use for a business website?

Ideally free too as I don't have much of a budget.

Hi, I believe one of the best is WYSIWYG Web Builder. It's easy to use and is rich in features.Check it at www.pablosoftwaresolutions.com (free for non-commercial use).

If you are a beginner, it's nice to not have to spend a lot of money in the beginning. I would download two free programs. http://www.nvu.com is a webpage editor and does a pretty good job. Cleaner code than frontpage and the display of the wysiwyg is better than recent versions of dreamweaver and FP. Another program to downoad is notepad plus plus. or notepad ++ Search for it on the internet. As you are learning code, it will be much more valuable than notepad. It has text highlighting and a tabbed interface.

Learn without a WYSIWYG and you'll be better for it. Using software like that is cheating, it certainly won't lead to a job in web design anyway. It's good to know how to use them but if you cannot code by hand you're going to get stuck alot.

Try Aptana, it's free and excellent!

There are lots of WYSIWYG editors...However the best way is to learn some HTML and try these editors. You can't use these editors upto the mark unless you know some basics of html. If you are still more concerned about an editor, then you may try "Dreamweaver". This is not a typical WYSIWYG editor but still worth in spending money for it.
