Another good tip for all of you starting out with SEO is to build up lots of links back to your site. There are a few ways to do this:

1) Buy text links from text link brokers

2) Write articles and submit them to various sites

3) Be a blogger

4) Contibute to forums and use signature links

5) trade services for links with sites that have similar content

6) Earn them... put content on your site that other site will just want to link to

7) Submit to directories, both free and paid ones

One thing to rember is always try and get your key words included in the link (anchor text).

Back links are probably the most important part of SEO, apart from having a crawlable website.
