There's also a program thats called Nvu that you can download for free from nvu.com (No it's not a trial it' absolutely free!!!!!!!!!)

Sage javascript is a language that can be integrated into HTML. It can't be used to make a site

Nvu hasn't been updated for several years now.
It has been replaced by the unofficial update, Kompozer, which you can get from here http://www.kompozer.net/
It also has an active help forum, unlike Nvu, which you can find here http://wysifauthoring.informe.com/forum/

Kompozer is totally free.

Building a website using an online site builder is not a good way to work, it locks you in to using that site and their services, and you can't easily build test pages to experiment with ideas, as all pages are live online.

thats what i meant because you go on NVU website and it redirects you to Kompozer.
