hi i am trying to lean c++ but at the moment i keep getting an error message saying that the
vcvb - Debug Win32 is out of date and then asks me if i want to build it and says
there wer build errors ??
any help appretiated

Build errors means your code has errors, usually.

Which program/compiler are you using (I haven't used C++ , but it might help others if you give then a clue)
