Host company says everything s correct there end and my isp provider haven't been much help as yet. full virus scan, root-kit, and spy-ware everything clean.its only this site and the emails from this site that I'm unable to connect to, totally mystified would appreciate any suggestions.

The possibility is that the website owner may block your Internet Protocol address.

I experienced a few similar cases with you when i'm trying to access CJ a few days ago. I can't access CJ at my home. I even sent PM to Dave on DP to ask about this matter. But i can access CJ in a hour after that.

Got to be a hosting issue, in particular a DNS issue, only your host can sort this.

Hmmm, can't access your website from my pc, too. My browser says it might be a firewall issue. What error message did your browser give you?

Definately DNS. It's going to be a problem on the Web hosting company side. Your ISP's DNS server could only be the problem if all of us could view the site - cause the majority of us have different ISP's.

Not sure if this is the same as the rest of you, but I can get to the site, just that it's displaying a maintenance screen.

Not just like a site not found screen, or one from your hosting company - a custom one by I "can always check out your personal site".

Maybe that's the same as the rest of you I don't know, just sounded like you were saying you couldn't get anything at all.

www.andymumby.com working ok www.quilldesigns.co.uk working from other locations but not my own home. it shows maintance mode as i left it like that last time i was abel to access it a few weeks ago. would apprecciate it if anyone could help in advising the host company what the problem may be, Virgin media insist its hosting problem. I guess its all one big learning curve but im not beaten yet.

Because one site works means nothing, they are independent of each other. Contact your hosting. If you pay for it it is their duty, tell them you'll leave if they do not look into it properly.
