...freewebs website? would I be able to put google ads on www.freewebs.com? I have made a free web-site using thier site. Or would I have to use my own pay to host web-site?

No you cannot.. Try blogger.com You are able to use google adsense there, the set of for the webpage is very easy!

Rubbish... you can use AdSense on any website that meets their TOS.

As long as your website has useful content you will be fine.

I am more then sure that you cannot use Google AdSence on simple builder freewebs, they add them thereself. However on HTML/advance mode, I am not sure. I don't think you can though to be honest.
