If you are using internet explorer, go to getfirefox.com and download it. It is just like internet explorer, but almost never has problems. Try it! :)

It could be alot of things. What web browser are you using? Flash, Java or Javascript may be turned off. See what web browser he uses to set up the web page and use the same browser. Make sure the above mentioned are all active and up to date in your browser.UPDATE: Go to Windows update and download the latest updates for your computer. And make sure what I said above.

I really do suggest that people start posting links when talking about web page problems. Also posting in the correct forums, this is another thread that does not concern SEO.

Anyway you should definately be using Firefox, there's a starting point.
