| I have a site that got to PR5 from a little deliberate link building, and the fortune of some decent organic links. I've been stuck at PR5 for the past two updates, and I'm trying to motivate myself to hit PR6 by mid next year. Has anyone here attained PR6 or above? What kind of quantity and quality of links did you need? It seems like the majority of incoming links aren't passing much in terms of value - is it worth just going on another directory listing blitz? |

| From my experience getting PR5 is pretty easy, anything above that requires high PR related links.

| Linking building taking into account higher PRs will significantly improve your existing PR. But if you would like it to be sustainable, it is still the content that matters. We tend to overlook that for any website, links are made in the natural way because of interesting contents. |
