Hi
I just want to know, How to create a picture slideshow on a webpage without having to link it to an image. I just want the slideshow to run as the page is accessed. Thanks Imanuel4u |

Flash is the way. You'll need a little tool to create the swf file and then embed it into your webpage. I think you may be able to find a free tool. Incrediflash is quite good but I can't remember how long the free demo lasts. Very simple to use. Just add the images and adjust the time line to set how long each image is displayed for.
Or you could add images using Windows Movie Maker and then convert the file to flash. Or even do the same thing using Virtual Dub which is free and produces an avi file. Should be able to find a free avi to flash converter easy enough. Be sure not to use the <embed> tag to add the flash if you want your page to W3C validate. |
