Default I bought some SEO and was disapointed

I think your business type is fairly new Jade so that tool may not be acurate.

Try

http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/

I think it updates more regular.

Still the same one of the keywords was 2.0/day and the other had no search results. This means I am going to have to find a new keyword and apply it to my pages.. All over again, if only I knew about this when I started!

Add lots keywords to every page research them first, WebCEO is a good free SEO app for that.

You want keywords that your potential customers will type in for your services and you want keywords that are not too popular with your competition. It will be hard to get ranked above 200 million sites using the same keyword. WebCEO will show you the stats for keywords and how many a day get searched for.

Set yourself the task of getting at least two other sites a day to link to yours for free each day.

Search engines rank your site according to the relevent keywords being present on a site to what the searcher is typing in. You get ranked further still for how many sites you have linked to yours and ranked higher if these other sites are relevent to yours and the keywords.

I think I have the ideal opportunity to add keywords and the tings you have mentioned to my pages. As I am currently building a new template for my site so I can add all this stuff as I go along.
Where as before the site & template was all ready established and I couldn't really be bothered to go through them all and do it my self.
