| I see what you mean. Is it hard or expensive to get one way links? How did you go about this? Did you do it your self or hire someone to do it for you? I am interested in where to look, to get me started. |

| All you do is contact someone selling site-wide links and ask them to put your link on their site, no different to adding a link to a forum signature.

I paid $20 per site per month for PR5 links, the sites i have added my link to have over 20,000 pages so as my links go on every page (called site-wide) i get 20,000 back links. Understand? See my blog or cheap games site below, there are link boxes that I add my sites to, because some of these sites have over 1 million pages (the game shop) I am on target to get some silly amounts of back links. Its all about having lots of pages to your websites and having lots of sites (a network) owned by you. Link them all together then buy some big established PR5+ link backs too and voila...Traffic. | Thanks for that, ok this is something I am definitely going to go look for. I just have to remember 'sire-wide'. It sounds expensive but I am going to save some cash just for this as I think I really could benefit from the traffic. |

| The other important thing with text links is anchor text. See my Sig below, hybrid computers uses a link reading 'computer repair' That's because I want to rank well in search engines for that search keyword. So pick a keyword for your site early on and use it at every opportunity. Use this program to see how many times a keyword or phrase is searched for per year, as using a keyword no one else searches for is not going to help you much. http://www.nichebotclassic.com/ |

| Looks like I need to have a re-think as one of the keywords I searched for using that tool, was 1 count over 12 months and the other keyword 0 matches. I will have to look at this and find some new keywords with a higher search rate. :( |

| I think your business type is fairly new Jade so that tool may not be acurate. Try http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ I think it updates more regular. |

| Still the same one of the keywords was 2.0/day and the other had no search results. This means I am going to have to find a new keyword and apply it to my pages.. All over again, if only I knew about this when I started! |

| Add lots keywords to every page research them first, WebCEO is a good free SEO app for that. You want keywords that your potential customers will type in for your services and you want keywords that are not too popular with your competition. It will be hard to get ranked above 200 million sites using the same keyword. WebCEO will show you the stats for keywords and how many a day get searched for. Set yourself the task of getting at least two other sites a day to link to yours for free each day. Search engines rank your site according to the relevent keywords being present on a site to what the searcher is typing in. You get ranked further still for how many sites you have linked to yours and ranked higher if these other sites are relevent to yours and the keywords. |

| I think I have the ideal opportunity to add keywords and the tings you have mentioned to my pages. As I am currently building a new template for my site so I can add all this stuff as I go along. Where as before the site & template was all ready established and I couldn't really be bothered to go through them all and do it my self. |
