Are you on about the forum?

What you need to do is upload the audio via ftp to your server, then direct link to it in the threads.

He means the files you have need uploading to your server via FTP. I use SmartFTP :).....

Like Dave says, this is not something you can do by speaking over a forum - you can ONLY really do it by actually doing it yourself...

If I had a bit more time then I could of done it for you - but I'm abit busy at the moment.

Do you know any coding like HTML, XML, CSS?

Regards Jason :)

You add files to a web site via ftp. Just ftp your audio files to the site (and note where you put them!) Most people use an ftp program to do this. SOME control panels include a file manager, where you browse to a desitination, in one window then in the other vbrowse to your file and uplaod it - a browser based ftp in other words.
You link to things on a web page via hyperlinks, so set them up to point straight at each audio file. Add the magic formula "right click and select save to download", and your visitors can then download teh files to play (left click will play them of course)
