Ok so, im a bit out of date with my messaging service so im needing to update, but here is my problem, I got way too many friends on way too many IMs, we got yahoo IM, AOL Instant Messaging, MSN Live Messenger, Google Messenger, ICQ, and MySpace Messenger. Is there not one out there that can use buddy lists from ALL of them???

There is one which caters them all? I thought the IMS like Yahoo had a block so you could only add other Yahoo members. E.g. you cant add a MSN address?

I personally use MSN I have found that it easy to use and I just prefer it.

MSN messanger hands down. I've tried ICQ and Yahoo before, but they can't compete, I've alway been using MSN from the beginning and have sticked with it.

I'm sorry I don't happen to know of one that caters for all of them.

I have two IMs (MSN and AIM) and I find it confusing trying to remember who is on which one but 6 must be near impossible!

I suggest trying to cut down to 3 at least and life will become a lot simpler!

There are two 'integrated' messengers that I can think of - one is Trillian, the other is GAIM.

Trillian is now ad-supported, but you can pay to remove the ads. GAIM is totally free if I remember right.

They can handle MSN, ICQ, AOL and IM. I think Trillian can do Jabber too, but I'm not sure (haven't used it in a while).

I don't think there are any that can do Myspace, but I could be wrong.

Cool :)

Trillian used to be a really good piece of software. Since they added advertising, I've been less impressed with it.

I use GAIM now, although not so often these days. I really like ICQ (I use an older version of that, one thats not full of junk) and it seems silly to run ICQ, X-Fire, and GAIM for the other networks - especially when most of my friends use ICQ. So I only fire it up if I need to seek out someone who doesn't use anything I'm already running.

I am personally a Msn Messenger fan, I like the layout I am now using the new version Msn Messenger 10 I think it is. I like the new look all though it is still a big buggy, I prefer this version to the old ones.
