Do you have a web host? What kinds of information do you have? How well do you know HTML? Also are you using anything like dreamweaver or coffee cup software?

First I reccomend you get a free webhost to start withThen go to http://www.w3schools.net and start learning languages. I reccoment GREATLY that you learn them in this order: HTML, then JavaScript, HTML/DOM, then PHP, then ASP (ASP is optional since it's almost the same as PHP)Great, but, how to make a simple HTML page?1. if you have Microsoft Frontpage or Dreamwaver or NVU: Launch them and it'll be easy.2. If you DON'T, I recommend you download a "WYSIWYG" (What You See Is What You Get) editor like the ones I mentionned above: it is much easier because you can do just about the same as word, but in HTML ( the programming language of webpages)3. If you didn't find a WYSIWYG editor, then use notepad.Type the HTML code into notepad, then press Save As.. and where it says "File Type" put All. Name your file in YOURFILENAME.htmlHope I helped

To have a website you need to a) register a domain which is an anual fee b) subscribe to a web hosting service which is a monthly fee. Some of the better hosting companies will provide you with software to help you build a website. If you go to http://www.dakotawebhosting.com you can register a domain, subscribe for hosting and use the software package called website tonight to build a website. In addition, you can also hire a designer for website design once you get the domain and hosting for a more professional and customized website.

If you are going to use Freewebs.com - Free website, free hosting, free webpage, online photo album, free blog, more! as your free host, make sure you use the HTML mode not the other mode. The other mode is rubbish, you have to choose a template and add content. HTML mode you get to make everything.
