All the SEO/Search engine ones are bullshit, a complete con IMO. You do not need to submit to search engines at all and charging $400 is a con just like their SEO packs.

SEO and ranking in Google for your keywords requires good knowledge of an everchanging set of rules and constant a effort. It is not done via a one off fee.

All the tools needed can be found free online so even those are a waste of money.

You also dont need a dedicated IP or shell access (linux root command access) or a SSL (security for ecomerce etc.)

I wouldn't use any of these 'services' except maybe the backups, but then a good host should do this included in the monthly fee as should the priority support.

I remember when i started out online, didn't even know what ftp was. Things that now take seconds took me days/weeks to do. You'll get there.
