Default Which ISP do you use?

Which ISP do you use?

I'm with Telewest at the moment on their 10Mb service. I'm hoping for an upgrade soon, as the upload speed they give is terrible, and when I'm sending large files to my web space it really kills the connection to upload at any reasonable speed. Barring that I love the service - downloads are nice and fast and the latency for games is good.

My non-cable area friends are using Nildram for ADSL if they're rich. Some of the less well off ones are using Tesco for their connection - I wouldn't recommend them, they are constantly having problems :(

I'm with NTL cable, I have used a few ADSL suppliers and they never seam to live up to their speed promises. My cable is 10mb and wouldn't swap it for any other.

On another note Nildram are like 5 mins from my house, had a job interview there once. Hadn't really heard of them before.

I use Homecall, I recommend staying AWAY from them, they are utterly useless. You get limited so much it's unreal sometimes I cant get on a website..
I am switching to Bulldog broadband this month hopefully, but I need to ring up and see how my migration is going.

*blush* I used to work for Homecall as a sales person. I only lasted a week though, then I left to work for a better company. You had to be so pushy it was unreal, and I felt so guilty after every call.

I agree, they're rubbish.

I have a friend who used to be with Bulldog - he only left because he moved house, and the new area isn't supported by them. I guess its a good sign he would have stayed with them.
