try this:1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK. 3. Locate and then click the following registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders 4. In the right pane of Registry Editor, double-click Common Administrative Tools. 5. In the Value data box , type the following line, and then click OK: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools 6. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor. 7. Restart the computer.
