Well learn Javascript next, then PHP and XML. Once you have all that down you can learn Ajax and you'll be 90% better than most people developing on the internet!

Go for Flash, it will let you make interactive web sites, and it you want more take any of the CIW certificates.

What you need to know;

- Photoshop
- Dreamweaver (At least)

HAND CODE
- XHtml
- CSS

To be a devloper you can add to that;

- PHP
- Mysql
- Javascript
- ASP (can be very helpful, not vital but alot of companies like it)

Flash is NOT an important web developer tool. It had it's day in the late 90's but there is nothing to gain from a Flash website outside of being impressive, the web is all about CSS now.

Additionally Flash was not designed to be used as a website creation tool, just as HTML wasn't designed to be used as a web design language.
