Can you go in via FTP and remove the script files?

If you do not have access email your free host and ask them to do it.

FTP is file access into your server, you probably wont get this on a free host.

How do you normally upload files to your site?

year the website is all web based

i log in on my account and from there i can add and alter things on my website by using an uploading page unfortanantly anything i add on the edit page will show up flash pictures and so on which is why i cant even delete this directed webpage script which is a stupid thing but i put my trust in the internet which i should no best

to add a script all i do is copy and paste the code and upload it to my site.
i did add a script that redirected to nothing with a time delay in the hope it stopped the directed script and gave me time to delete it but dident work. but its all guessing games as i don't have a clue about all this scripts and so on

I would email the free host and see if they can undo what you did, no other option really.

Why on earth do you need a script to resize your page anyway?

Surely your web editing software allows you to just delete pages without having to open them in your browser. Can you tell us where you got the script from in case we can see what the problem really is.

PS if you don't know anything about scripts, why are you adding others at random?
Paid hosting is so cheap these days, why mess with free hosting - I use compila dot com, for £12 +vat a year I get web space AND a domain name AND good support. I put most of my clients there now.

i dident no it was as cheap as £12 a year ! i have had my free website for years has allot on it and would take for ever to copy to a new domain.i can delete pages but the page i have a problem on is my main page and would take days to re create. reason i needed a script to re size is because layed out for screen size 1024-768 and if someone with a bigger screen than 17inches my website wil be all over the place. the script is just a redirection script.
