Default Midphase servers slow?

Hi,

I don't know if its just my home network, but since Thursday last week, Midphase's servers and my site have been really slow at loading. I have contacted Midphase about it and they said that my site loaded quickly.

Anyone else from the UK having problems with midphase's site loading slowly. This is a Traceroute i did from my pc:

Code:
C:\USERS\MARK>tracert midphase.com
Tracing route to midphase.com [66.225.254.181]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
  1 54 ms 103 ms 95 ms speedtouch.lan [192.168.1.254]
  2 26 ms 23 ms 22 ms rt-loste09.dial.aol.com [195.93.23.137]
  3 * * * Request timed out.
  4 29 ms 22 ms 21 ms accessl1-los-ae4.router.aol.com [172.17.169.75]
  5 21 ms 23 ms 22 ms pop1-loh-S2-1-0.atdn.net [66.185.146.65]
  6 23 ms 22 ms 22 ms pos7-2.pr1.lhr1.uk.above.net [213.161.69.237]

 10 145 ms 140 ms * 64.124.195.189.available.above.net [64.124.195.1

 11 118 ms 119 ms 122 ms 216.104.35.221
 12 * 196 ms * 216.104.32.200
 13 * 120 ms 170 ms miller.midphase.com [66.225.254.181]
Trace complete.
Misphase think its a problem with Above.net's routers, it seems like the problem lies between their UK and US routers.

Anyone else from the UK having the same problem?

Thanks,
Mark
