Wordpress can pretty much do anything and requires very little coding as it's all there to start with.

Wordpress software will allow you to login and others too. You can post articles and others can login and comment on them.

It is far easier than coding something from scratch and it will look far more professional.

Wordpress is just the script, you can apply 1000's of different skins to it too.

So changing the design after install is very quick and easy.

You need to upload the files to your host and setup the mysql database, you could always get it done by wordpress if you don't know what you are doing. The even offer hosting.

Do you know basic HTML?

Do you know what you want your site to look like?

serverguy i know how to make the website in simple using HTML on Dreamweaver n i know how it going to look like but the only problem i have is that i dont know how to add register and login to the website thought dreamweaver. gt back

Theres a number of ways of adding login / private pages on your website depending on what you want to achieve.

If you just simply want to password protect some pages then try using htaccess (search for htaccess login)

Otherwise you will have to learn PHP / MySQL or ASP.NET to make the page interactive.
