| I'm just curious. Does it matter if you place your signature link on the textbox instead of using the built in signature feature of your forum? Well I'm talking of earning some backlinks. Do search engines now start avoiding signature links? |

| Think they probably have more weight if used in the post rather than the signature.

| It differs slightly depending on the search engine, but i'm farely sure they don't make a huge difference. If I were to post your link my post for example, that would be rated much higher. Forum signiture links are more for the use of other forum users, but it deffinately won't hurt to have it there. |
