Default Someone is posing as a Yahoo! webmaster...?

Someone is sending me emails claiming to be part of Yahoo!'s mail and support personel, claiming to need confirmation of password changes; claiming that my account is suspended, blah. These aren't offical Yahoo! messages... as they are ending up in my bulk folder most of the time and they aren't in blue the way offical Yahoo! messages are. In a nut shell, I think someone should know that there is someone out there impersonating yahoo! webmasters and take whatever actions they deem applicable. However, I can't lay hands on where this needs to go.
