Im quite new to stylesheets and html but im just wonderin to make a navigation bar can i make this with a stylesheet so i goes on ever page i put the link to the stylesheet on or do i have to paste the html code on ever page on the site?

Style sheets are for..styling, not content. Make a navbar and then use php include or server-side includes.
