I want a website template for a proffessional type of website but i want one where a section of the template (maybe upto half the page) can have a CMS inserted section which can be constantly updated without the need to upload the whole file when changes are made.

Think of it like a "latest news" section which is updated maybe hourly while the rest of the page is static.

Does anybody know of a template store which offers similar/same type of templates??must be php based.

Have you looked at wordpress, joomla, drupal. None are very SEO friendly, wordpress the easiest to make so.

No Dave thats why i said i want it for a professional website so i am prepared to pay for the template and i need it to be found by search engines.

I dont want to mess about too much with it...just adapt it to my liking and off i go.

A template is just a skin that goes over a CMS, like wordpress, drupal or joomla. So by all means pay for a pro template, but you'll still need the CMS.

To be honest I'm not entirly sure what you are trying to do, what type of site are you trying to build? What exacly do you want it to do?

Basically i want i template so i can make all the other pages of the website how i want.

But at least 2 of the pages one being the front page i need a "liquid section" where i can add things like text info maybe hourly using the cms system instead of reloading the page files.

The few pages which i need to do this will have to be seperate systems as their would be different info being uploaded on to these pages.

All other pages could be static as they would change rarely.

The website would need to be found by search engines and need to be optimised.
