Hi Gaza14,

I'm really pleased to see you are interested in programming. If you can master a few languages, you will have a great future.

I currently do the following:

PHP
Java
AJAX
HTML
XHTML
C++
vB

I also have a lot of experience with mySQL databases, and am very good at fixing anything that may occur with a mySQL database. I'm also trying to learn a little CSS, but I'm not that interested in it.

What you need to do, is pick one language to start with. I chose HTML first, but you should fly that. Once you have a good HTML knowledge and know all the tags ect. then move onto something bigger, maybe try vB. Once you are comfortable, I recommend you start PHP -- it's a great programming language and the possibilities are endless. It will take you a while to master PHP -- but you can do it if you stick at it. If you learn PHP, go on to something else, I went onto Java -- and love it!

Remember, there are a lot of companies out there who are always after programmers, if you can do it -- then you can earn a lot. I've never looked back since, and love programming now. Also note, there are too many languages to learn in a lifetime, so pick the ones you are most comfortable with.

If you have any more questions, then please just ask.

Regards Jason
