I use 1&1 web hosting personally. It's pretty cheap and I've never had downtime in the last year.

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish.Check a few things:1. Bandwidth limit per month2. Space on their HD3. Features included - email, etc.4. Cancellation terms - what if you want out right away?I personally chose hostmonster.com over bluehost.com - only $1 per month difference in price, but hm had some features I wanted more than what blue offered.-Davehttp://cycling.santantraders.com
