if no matter the keyword, my hunch is that your machine is infected with some adware or spyware. These programs, when installed on your machine, would intercept the results served by a search engine and replace the results with their own ads. In your case, they do it too aggressively, so you should detect it right away. In others, they could be smart enough to only change one or two links, some even subbing only the URL and not the title/abstract, in order to drive just enough clicks/revenue to their sites.
