Default anyone know a good and cheap video capture device

to play PS2 on my laptop? I know this is possible. But I cant use a gamebridge because I use Windows Vista and it is only compatible with XP.

If you want to play ps2 on your laptop screen, you would need to buy a tv tuner.

Wow I didn't know that. Thanks I guess. Would it be worth linking to an laptop though, unless you was in a caravan or something like that. Maybe travelling on a plan or in a car?
