I need help... Last week I'm upgrading my computer. Itchy to try the graphic, I'm installing some games like: Company of heroes, FM 2009 and the last one is Battlefield 2.

There is no problem with the other games except for Battlefield 2. Actually I already successfuly installing BF 2 but when I run the game (double click on the shortcut), It goes to a black screen and nothing happened after that... Just black screen (It didn't crashed to the desktop either).

My computer specs are:
OS: Windows XP professional SP 2
Processor: Core 2 Duo
Memory: 2 GB
Display : GeForce 9500 GT

Btw, Some days ago I tried to use directx 10 for XP... Although I realize nothing happened (My Company of heroes still refused to recognized the directX is DX 10). I though maybe that is the problem...

You're running the latest DirectX and latest Nvidia drivers from the Nvidia website?

Drivers on the CD that came with your new GFX card are probably out of date.

That use to happen to me when I ran BF2 in XP. It was my drivers if you go to your C: drive you should find a folder that says nvidia or something like that make sure you only have 1 driver version in there (181.2) or example. Some times they get piled up and if you have too many it will not run properly. So try that and you should be good.oh and make sure you have the new punkbuster or not it will boot you out of the game once it does start working.
