What's your video card? Make Sure you video card meets the pixel shader version and if it does, make sure you have the latest drivers for it.

Default Battlefield 2 problems

it is my friends battlefield. I installed it the way i installed it and when to easy info to see what has failed, the operating system said fail, but so does mine, and mine works. I then gave him my battlefield to see if it works on his system, but it done the same thing
i think it might be the video card, ill get the type of card to actually see, because i think that is the only problem.
il get back to yas

try uninstalling the game again but this time get into your C: drive and look for the folder under programs (EA :battlefield2) and make sure its all deleted dont save anything because once it is up and running EA will automaticly DL your profile when you sign in. try that and let me know also make sure that all your drivers are deleted and you only have 1 nvidia driver or Ati driver at a time. Nvidia drivers for some reason will arcive on your harddrive and then they will cross and kill your game everytime you try to play.
