Best FPS Games

currently iv been playing the battlefield 2142 demo for 4 days and its suddenly turned boring
are there any good fps games, most of you will come out with Resident Evil 4,Doom 3,Quake 4 but i'm after kind of non scary fps games are there any? if there is say. please

yeah i already read your thread but that seems to be scary you know fantasticly disturbing all the traiers, is it? also what GPU do u have iv got a 8800 gtx (on another comp).

Yeah its a bit scary
I only have a 7900gt overclocked and was able to play it on max settngs, with your 8800 you will easily max it out
give me a min I try and think of a none scary fps

Edit: Halo 2 maybe if you have Vista

got it on xbox beat it on hard, don't do legendary. and yeah i do have vista

already played farcry (with cheats)

but i'll try again without also im kinda lookin for demos see weather its any good and maybe buy it .thnx for ur help

I just noticed that you have only been playing the demo of 2142, you can not judge the game by the demo at all, I had the demo and disliked it! but then played the full game on a friends PC and loved it

also do u know when i do get it the online multiplayer will i have to pay to join 64 slot server?

No way its all free, you can join a loads of different number size maps it doesn't have to be 64player, as I think 64 would be too hectic for someone just starting out, 32 would be easier
